1) CMS (Content management system)
plentyMarkets provides you with a fully integrated content management system. You can find detailed information about it in this section, as well as in the Layout (CMS) chapter. The page contents as well as the webshop's complete layout can be created and managed here. A template system (for a definition, see Wikipedia: template engine) is available for integrating page layouts. It offers you individual possibilities for the design.
The various content pages can be edited in the content section. A content page is a page that is filled with texts and images and that can be displayed in the webshop. More about content pages
2) Default layouts
The plentyMarkets webshop comes with a simple layout. Professional sample templates can be ordered here: http://www.plentyaddon.de.
The layout (appearance / design) of a webshop is managed in the layout section.
